We are a small team, and we collaborate... a lot
We are a small team of self-starting innovators and problem solvers with support from leading technologists, clinicians, investors and advisors.
We work with commercial and academic partners to push the boundaries of what's possible, and our partners are an extension of our team. In the past 18 months we have worked on 9 collaborative R&D projects with partners including Cardiff School of Technologies, and Cardiff University's Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Research Facility. We don't plan to slow down and will continue to innovate in this way.
We are a bunch of people with different backgrounds, culture and nationalities. That said, there are some characteristics we always look for - self-starters who are agile, responsive, accountable and ready to hit the ground running.
